These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.evtbook.com and related services operated by EVTBOOK ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing the website, creating an account, or registering for an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Section 01
Use of the Website
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law
Section 02
Event Registration
When you register for an event through EVTBOOK, the following applies:
- Registration is subject to availability and organizer approval where applicable
- You must provide valid personal and company details, including passport information when required for invitation letters
- Submission of a registration form does not automatically guarantee entry until confirmed by us or the event organizer
- Invitation letters and tickets are issued based on the information you provide; incorrect details may delay or invalidate documents
- QR codes and registration numbers are for verification only and must not be shared fraudulently
Section 03
Fees, Promo Codes & Payments
- Standard registration fee is as displayed at the time of registration (for example, $299 unless otherwise stated)
- Valid promo codes may reduce the fee to zero (free entry) when correctly applied
- Invalid or expired promo codes will not apply; the standard fee remains payable where required
- Fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise for a specific event
- We reserve the right to change pricing or promo terms for future registrations without prior notice
Section 04
Invitation Letters & Documents
Official invitation letters and tickets generated by EVTBOOK are provided to support event participation and related processes (such as visa applications). Please note:
- Documents do not guarantee visa approval; immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of passport, name, and personal data used in documents
- Misuse, forgery, or unauthorized alteration of invitation documents is strictly prohibited
- Verification of documents may be performed via our website using the registration number or QR code

Cancellations & Changes
- Event dates, venues, or details may change at the discretion of organizers; we will update information on the platform where reasonably possible
- EVTBOOK is not liable for losses arising from event cancellation, postponement, or changes by third-party organizers

Section 06
Intellectual Property
All content on the EVTBOOK website — including text, logos, graphics, layout, and software — is owned by or licensed to EVTBOOK and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of materials issued to you (such as your own ticket or invitation letter).

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- EVTBOOK provides the website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or events
- We are not responsible for decisions of visa authorities, airlines, venues, or third-party event organizers
- Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant registration, if any

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
